Physical Education
At Winnington Park Primary School, we provide a high quality, engaging physical education curriculum which encourages our pupils to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Physical Education (PE) will help children to lead full and valuable lives through participating in purposeful and high-quality physical activity. PE promotes physical skills, physical development and knowledge of the body in action, as well as pupil well-being and self-esteem. Our whole school aim is to provide all children with opportunities to participate in extra-curricular sporting activities each week and compete in competitive sport, embedding values such as fairness and respect for others.
